Because I come to you fully stocked and ready to work, I need accurate vehicle information before I order parts.
When booking, please include one of the following in the notes section:
- Year, Make, and Model of your vehicle
- OR your license plate number
- OR your VIN number (17 characters — found on your dashboard or registration)
Make it easy: You’re welcome to take a clear picture of your VIN or license plate and text it to me at brakes@dupagemobilebrakeservice.com right after booking.
What Happens After You Book
- I’ll review your booking and part requirements.
- I’ll reach out to confirm your appointment and details.
- I’ll remind you — if you haven’t already — to send me a picture of your plate or VIN so I can order the correct parts.
- I’ll arrive with the correct parts in hand, ready to work.
